in the meantime, we're talking traffic and big bart delays with gianna. >> there are major bart delays continuing throughout the morning. in fact, i just got off the phone with bart. it happened because of a disabled maintenance vehicle that got stuck on the tracks between 19th street and macarthur so this originated in downtown oakland. they removed the vehicle from the tracks. they are single tracking trains through the area. at one point the delays were only affecting the richmond to sf trains and bay point to sf but now i'm learning that the delays are going to be systemwide until they can get everything back on time so we're hearing up to an hour possibly so give yourself some extra time. you might want to drive in if you have to be into san francisco within the next half hour at least for right now major bart delays continue. the rest of mass transit is on time of the muni, ace, caltrain, ferries, everything is work and no reports any of troubles on the freeways. that's a look at traffic. back to you guys. >> thank you. >>> 5:37 now. some developing news in san jose where police
